THROUGH THE EYES OF A CHILD

"Why don’t you stop and rub your hands against the bark of a tree in order to appreciate its beauty?"  "With how many people have you shared love through a passing smile or a spontaneous hug?" "For the sheer joy of it, when did you last jump in a muddy puddle, or get down on your knees to watch a spider crawl across the ground?" These are all questions my two year-old grandson has asked me, without saying a single word!  "…the disciples came to Jesus and asked, ‘Who, then, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?’ He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. And he said: ‘Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven." (Matthew 18: 1-4 NIVUK)  Today, live your life to the full, through a child’s eyes; I guarantee, you will see more of God that way!
